On Monday February 6th, the Association des Sommeliers d’Alsace gathered at the Auberge St-Laurent in Sierentz for a tasting night dedicated to Châteaux Giscours, du Tertre and Haut-Bailly.
We are very grateful to François Wilhelm from Trimbach for the organisation of this remarkable event. And say a big bravo to Serge Dubs, the President of the association since 1997, whose dynamism makes it one of the best sommeliers associations in France and Europe.
Finally, we want to honour the Arbeit family who is a model of hospitality. The owners of the Auberge St-Laurent are highly professionnal, generous and welcoming. Staying with them is a true happiness!
The hosts who are lucky enough to stay there can also go and visit the fabulous Monet exhibition at the Fondation Beyeler until May 28th, 2017.
